Insurance and Billing
Linden Surgical Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.
All staff was friendly and professional. Once the day of my surgery I dropped my driver license inside the waiting room..it was behind waiting room chairs and not openly visible; I was unaware I had lost it. A staff member discovered it after I left heading 50 miles south. She assured me it would be safe until I could come back for my follow up. I am grateful that the staff both upstairs second floor and surgical on first floor communicate well. They were all made aware of the incident. They also took a photo of it and sent it to my phone should I need to show proof of it before I returned. When I arrived for follow up on second floor, someone from first floor immediate delivered it to me. I am handicapped and walk with the aid of a walking stick. I want to thank Beatriz, Ana and Anna and and everyone in surgical area that were so welcoming and helpful.😘
